What is the warranty period for InkDwh products?
InkDwh tattoo battery grips are backed by a 6-month limited warranty, beginning from the original date of purchase.
This warranty reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and performance. Please note that tattoo cartridges (needles) and traditional tattoo grips are excluded from coverage. Natural wear, including gradual battery performance decline over time, is also not covered under this policy.
Warranty Exclusions
To maintain the integrity of your device and its warranty, please be aware that coverage will be void under the following conditions:
- Improper or excessive lubrication
- Accidental damage, including drops or impact
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or tampering with the motor
- Replacement of internal components by unauthorized parties
- Exposure to water or any other liquids
