We understand that plans can change.

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase
  • After this time, orders are quickly processed to ensure fast delivery and can no longer be changed

Returns & Exchanges

As most of our items are prepared and handled individually, we currently do not offer general returns or exchanges.

That said, you’re always covered if something isn’t right — see below.

If There’s an Issue with Your Order

If you receive the wrong item, we will:

  • Send you the correct item at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a full refund

2. Damaged or Defective Item
If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue:

  • Simply email us with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery
  • We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible

  • Please include clear photos when reporting an issue
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may be harder to process
  • Slight variations in color or appearance (due to lighting or screen differences) are normal and not considered defects
