Order Tracking
1. Order Confirmation & Shipping Email
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details.
Please ensure that you enter a valid email address at checkout. Incorrect or temporary email addresses may prevent you from receiving your tracking information.
If you don’t see the email, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder.
2. Track Your Shipment
You can track your order using your tracking number via the following platforms:
- www.17track.net
- aftership.com
Simply enter your tracking number to view the latest shipping updates.
3. Why are there two tracking numbers?
In some cases, your shipment may include two tracking numbers.
- The first tracking number covers the journey from our warehouse to your destination country
- The second tracking number is assigned by your local carrier for final delivery
Once your package arrives in your country, you can use the local tracking number to get more accurate delivery updates.
4. Local Carrier Information
Delivery is handled by different local carriers depending on your country. If tracking details appear unclear or unavailable, please contact us with your order number for assistance.
